From 100% Iberico pigs raised free-range on the Blázquez family dehesas in Extremadura, Andalucía and Salamanca. During the Montanera, from autumn to winter, they feed on the acorns of cork and holm oaks.

Each piece is salted under controlled conditions, then slowly cured, first in rooms, then in a natural drying shed in Guijuelo, the cradle of Iberico ham.

Tasting: ruby-red meat, finely marbled with infiltrated fat; aromas of hazelnut, acorn and toasted dried fruit, with a hint of undergrowth; melt-in-the-mouth texture and a long finish.

Professional format: deboned and vacuum-packed as a compact block. No bone, no waste: it slices straight on the machine or by knife and keeps easily refrigerated.

The shoulder: marbled meat with a powerful flavour, with a shorter cure than the ham.

Our Iberico ham pieces are sold by the piece, at the actual weight of the piece received — the final price is confirmed upon weighing, at the time of order.

Price: on request, contact us for a current per-kg rate.

The house controls the whole cycle: selecting the pigs, raising them free-range on more than 30,000 hectares of dehesa in Andalucía, Extremadura and Salamanca, then cutting, salting and curing in its workshops in Guijuelo, the cradle of Iberico ham. Its products are served in more than 50 countries.
