The origin

A passion for the exceptional

Tradition Delloye was born from the meeting of two people passionate about good food and exceptional products.

What began as a shared passion, seeking out rare, high-quality products hard to find in Canada, grew into a real business.

The opportunity

We build direct ties with passionate producers. Some family houses have handed down their know-how for more than 100 years, from generation to generation.

These privileged, exclusive relationships give us access to rare cuvées and specialities chosen at the source: caviar, pata negra and other exceptional products.

Our selection stays exclusive and limited: each product is chosen to offer a true discovery, at home or at the table, with the same care for every client, individual or restaurateur.

Ties that stand the test of time

We build a personal relationship with each house: R&L Legras, Bonvalet, Jamones Blázquez. Some families have crafted their products for more than 100 years. Their experience, patience and standards inspire our selection.
